What is the minimum order for labels?
The minimum order for labels comes down to two things: the printing method and whether the labels ship on a roll or as cut-to-size sheets. Short digital runs let you start small, while roll production and offset are built for volume.
- Digital short runs: as low as 25 to 50 labels, ideal for testing a design or a limited product line.
- Sheet or cut-to-size labels: usually ordered in smaller batches than roll labels.
- Roll labels: carry a higher minimum but bring the lowest cost per label at volume.
- Offset printing: starts at higher quantities and rewards large runs with the best unit pricing.
Labels are sold in the set quantities shown in the instant price calculator on each label product page. Choose your size, material, and shape to reveal the matching quantity tiers and price breaks; the smallest tier shown is the minimum for that configuration, and different label types can have different minimums.
