What happens if I don't fill out the credit card info when ordering?
Answer
If you approved your proofs but never completed the card payment, your order is not finalized and will not print. Finishing the payment is what pushes it into production.
- An order with approved proofs but no completed payment is not yet finalized.
- Contact support to complete the payment and get your order moving.
- A job only enters production once payment information is submitted and the order is fully confirmed.
- Until then, nothing prints and no charge is applied.
