Can I reorder or expedite a canceled order?

Canceled orders cannot be reinstated, reactivated, or expedited. Once an order is canceled it is closed for good and cannot be resubmitted under the original order number, so to move forward you place a new order with the correct files.

• Start a fresh order and re-select your product options, quantity, and turnaround rather than trying to revive the canceled one.
• Reuse your artwork: if your files were already uploaded on the canceled order, re-upload the same print-ready files to the new order to keep the design identical.
• Confirm your files meet all specifications before submitting to avoid delays.
• Need it fast? Choose an appropriate turnaround on the new order at checkout.
• Expect current pricing: rates and turnaround options on the new order reflect current pricing, which may differ from the canceled order.

Getting the files right up front is the best way to keep the new order moving quickly. If you are unsure why the original order was canceled or want help rebuilding it, contact customer support with the old order number.
