Question

Can I get double-sided printing for vinyl labels?

Answer

Vinyl labels are usually printed on one side because the back carries the adhesive that bonds to your surface. There is still a way to get a two-sided effect, though.

  • Standard white vinyl: Printed on the front face only.
  • Clear vinyl: The print can show through the film, creating a double-sided look on glass bottles and windows.
  • Reverse printing: On clear stock, art can be printed to read correctly from the opposite side of the surface.

If you need copy visible from both sides, clear vinyl on a transparent container is the usual solution. Confirm the print options for your chosen format before ordering.
