What kind of paper stocks does 4OVER4.COM offer?
4OVER4.COM carries 60+ paper types, ranging from everyday cardstock to ultra-thick premium stocks, with finishes to match. The house default on many products is 14pt Gloss Cover.
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Weights | 14pt standard up to 80pt ultra-thick covers, plus text weights such as 70#, 80#, and 100# (a higher # means a heavier sheet) |
| Stocks | Coated, uncoated, kraft, linen, cotton, metallic and pearlescent, specialty |
| Finishes | Matte, gloss, soft-touch, spot UV, plus AQ (aqueous) and Hi-Gloss UV coatings, and gloss, matte, silk, or soft-touch velvet lamination |
| Beyond paper | Plastic, PVC, synthetic, and rigid stocks for durable or waterproof pieces, and mounted foam core for displays |
That range lets you match the stock to the job, whether you want something smooth and sleek or thick and textured. Gloss makes color pop, matte and silk read cleanly without glare, and uncoated surfaces like #70 Uncoated Text feel natural and are easy to write on. Available stocks vary by product and may change, so confirm the exact options on the product page or with support, and note that custom paper sourcing or matching an outside sample's precise color and texture is not offered. A free sample pack lets you feel the options before committing, and if you want to reuse the paper from a previous job, contact support with the original order details and the team can identify and reuse the exact stock.
For an eco-friendly, writable card, 13pt Uncoated Cover is 100% post-consumer waste, and 15pt Cover, Gloss 1 Side gives a glossy front with an uncoated, writable back.
