Question
What image resolution do I need for 4OVER4.COM Canvas Prints?
Answer
For 4OVER4.COM canvas prints, aim for at least 150 DPI at your final print size so the image stays sharp on the wall.
| Canvas size | Recommended pixels (150 DPI) |
|---|---|
| 16x20 | 2400 x 3000 |
| 24x36 | 3600 x 5400 |
| 30x40 | 4500 x 6000 |
- Higher resolution always looks better, especially for close-up viewing.
- Do not upscale a small file to hit these numbers. It adds pixels but not real detail.
- If you are unsure whether your file works, 4OVER4.COM offers file-prep guidance in the Help Center.
