Question
What file formats are accepted for event tickets?
Answer
For crisp, color-accurate tickets, supply print-ready files built to spec. PDF is the preferred format because it locks in your layout, fonts, and colors exactly as designed.
| Setting | Spec |
|---|---|
| Preferred format | PDF (AI, PSD, EPS also accepted) |
| Resolution | 300 DPI |
| Color mode | CMYK |
| Bleed | 0.125 in on all sides |
- Keep important text and numbering inside the safe zone so nothing trims off.
- Outline or embed fonts before exporting.
- File-prep guides and templates are available if you want to double-check your setup.
JPG and TIFF files are also accepted: save them flattened, at full quality and high resolution.
