• Size: finished dimensions.
• Quantity: how many you need, plus any alternate quantities to compare.
• Stock and finish: paper type plus gloss, matte, or uncoated.
• Printing: one-sided or two-sided, and color details.
• Finishing: scoring, rounded corners, folding, and similar options.
• Deadline: when you need it in hand.

Attaching files, images, or a mockup helps the estimating team match your vision and confirm feasibility before they price it.
