Question
How does 4OVER4 handle color printing for scratch-off products?
Answer
Scratch-off products print in CMYK, and full-color designs sit safely beneath the scratch-off foil without showing through. Nothing under the panel is visible until it is scratched away.
- CMYK full-color art prints on the base layer.
- The opaque scratch-off foil covers the hidden content completely.
- Codes, prizes, or messages stay concealed until revealed.
- Samples or a hard-copy proof can confirm the final look before the run.
