How do I submit a custom quote request if the online form doesn't work?
Answer
If the online quote form will not accept your submission, email the same details to customer support instead. Nothing about the quote changes, only the way you send it.
- Size: finished dimensions, and flat size if it folds.
- Paper: stock type and weight.
- Quantity: the run size you need.
- Special requirements: finishes, colors, coatings, or materials.
- Artwork: attach your file or a mockup so they can confirm feasibility.
Support will reply with pricing and turnaround, and can help you place the order once you approve the numbers.
