Hangtag pricing turns on a few physical details plus any finishing, so gather these before you ask for a number. With them in hand, the estimating team can price the stock, printing, and drilling in one pass.

| Stock | Paper type and weight, such as 16pt or 18pt cover |
| Printing | Sides and color (4/4, 4/0, etc.) |

| Hole drilling | Hole size and position, if needed |
| Quantity and turnaround | Count plus your in-hand date |
