A coupon code that will not apply is usually caused by one of a handful of common restrictions rather than a broken code. Before giving up, run through the quick checks below.
- Check the expiration: many codes are only valid for a limited window and stop working after the end date.
- Confirm the requirements: some offers need a minimum order value, apply only to certain products, or exclude items already on sale. Custom quoted projects are often excluded as well.
- Watch for typos: re-enter the code carefully, since extra spaces, the wrong letter case, or a swapped character will cause it to fail.
- One use per order: codes often cannot be stacked, so an existing discount may block a second one.
- Usage cap reached: a code with a redemption limit turns off once it has been fully used.
