Are coupon codes and additional discounts available on custom orders?
Custom orders are priced differently from standard catalog items, and that changes how discounts work. When a project involves specialized finishes, unusual specs, or a rush timeline, coupons and extra discounts generally do not apply.
- Custom quotes are firm: the price quoted for bespoke work is typically final and already reflects the specifics of the job; it only changes if a file review turns up something that affects production.
- Specialty finishes and rush jobs: these are the most common cases where promotional codes cannot be added, and splitting or re-submitting the order will not unlock a discount.
- Account pricing still counts: any existing account-level discount you have already carries into the quote.
- Standard products differ: catalog items ordered normally may still qualify for current promotions.
If you are ordering a large custom run, it is always worth asking the sales team about volume pricing when you request your quote, and raising any offer before the quote is finalized. If budget is tight, adjusting the spec or quantity with the team is the practical way to hit your target number.
