• Choose the direct mail option on eligible products; an instant estimate is available in the direct mail postcards section.
• Upload a spreadsheet with your mailing list during the order (an Excel file works for the mail merge), and variable data printing on select products lets each piece carry a unique name or offer.
• We handle addressing, sorting, sealing or wafer-sealing where the product calls for it, postage, and delivery to the post office from there.
• EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) is also available, reaching every address on chosen postal routes without buying a mailing list.
• Mail classes include first-class and standard presort, with different speeds and costs depending on quantity and timeline.
• Direct mail artwork follows specific layout rules: keep the address and indicia zones clear so the mailing stays eligible for the intended postage rate. Ask the team for the full requirements and a template.
