What should I do if my order shows as delivered but I haven't received it?

If tracking shows delivered but the package is not in hand, start with the carrier, then loop in 4OVER4. Many of these turn up within a day, left with a neighbor, at a front desk, or in a mail room.

• Contact your local Post Office or carrier with the tracking number to open an inquiry.
• Check common drop spots: lobby, reception, mail room, or a side entrance.
• If it still cannot be located, contact 4OVER4 support with your order number.
• Depending on the situation, we may reprint and reship at no charge.
• You can ask for the reprint to go to a different address if that is safer.
