What happens if my order is delivered but I'm not there to receive it?

Carriers do not always require a signature, so if no one is available the package is often left in a safe spot or handed to someone nearby. Before assuming it is lost, check the common drop points at your location.

• Check with security or the mailroom in office and apartment buildings.
• Look for a carrier notice on the door with pickup or redelivery instructions.
• Review the tracking updates, which usually note exactly where the package was left.

If it still cannot be located after checking these, contact support with your order number so the team can follow up with the carrier.
