If I cancel a purchase, will my coins be refunded?

Yes. Cancelling a purchase returns any coins you used, and the refund does not drag out for days.
- Coins come back: the coins applied to the cancelled order are credited to your account.
- Same-day refund: the coins are processed back the same day.
- Reusable: once returned, the coins are ready to apply to your next order.
If the coins have not reappeared in your balance after cancelling, contact customer support with your order number and account information. The team will have the IT department review and process the coin refund.
