Why am I only seeing the front of my business cards in the proof, not the back?

If your proof shows only the front at first, the back is most likely still processing. Both sides should appear once the system finishes generating the proof.

• Wait a moment for all proofs to finish loading.
• Refresh the proof view if the back has not appeared yet.
• If both sides still do not show after waiting, contact support.
