No. You pick one spot UV style per project. Raised spot UV and regular flat spot UV cannot share the same side of a card.
- Raised spot UV: thick, dimensional gloss you can feel with a fingertip
- Regular spot UV: a flat glossy accent that catches the light
- The rule: choose one or the other for a given side, not both together
