Can I get rounded corners on 32pt business cards?

Not on the uncoated 32PT stocks. The 32PT UltraWhite, Kraft and Diamond Glitter cards come with square corners only, because at that thickness the cutter cannot round the edge cleanly. The laminated 32PT stocks are the exception: Silk Laminated and Velvet Laminated cards, such as ultra thick silk laminated business cards, offer rounded corners with a 1/8" or 1/4" radius.

• Why: 32PT is a thick two-ply stock that does not curve well under the corner die
• The look: rounding it leaves a rigid, uneven edge on one face rather than a crisp curve
• Want rounded corners: choose a thinner stock that rounds smoothly
• Best for 32PT: square corners keep the substantial, premium feel of the heavy stock
