What is the process for creating a custom shape or order?

A custom shape starts with a die-line, the outline that tells production exactly where to cut. Everything else is built around that file.

• A die-line file is required to show where the custom cuts will be.
• The die-line sits on its own layer, separate from the printed artwork.
• Keep important elements inside the cut line, with bleed extending past it.
• Have your artwork, desired shape, size, and quantity ready, since custom work is quoted based on the shape and setup involved and may include a one-time die setup.

Supply the die-line with your artwork and the custom cut can be produced to that outline.
