What file types do you accept?

4OVER4 accepts the standard print-ready formats plus several ways to get your artwork to us, so you are never stuck if the browser uploader gives you trouble. Send print-ready art at 300 DPI in CMYK for the sharpest, most accurate results.

• Best formats: print-ready PDF (preferred), plus high-resolution TIFF (best for photographic art) and JPEG (fine for simpler raster artwork when saved at maximum quality and 300 DPI). Vector files such as AI or EPS are ideal for die-cut and line-art jobs.
• Direct upload: attach your file during checkout, or choose to upload it later from your order page.
• File-transfer links: WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive links emailed to support work well for larger files, and attachments in a support message work too.
• Trouble uploading? If a file shows up blank or corrupted, contact support with an alternative link and the team will pull it in manually and confirm it was received.

Always include your order number so your artwork is matched to the correct job before production begins.

Label jobs can use common template layouts such as Avery 5160. One job can take several files, for example front, back, and a spot UV mask, and PSD files are accepted too. Upload in the popup on the product page or at checkout, up to 150MB per file. For a custom job not listed as a product, use the Custom Project form with the finished size, quantity, stock, color (full color, black only, or PMS), a print-ready file or mock-up, and any folds, scoring, or coatings.
