How can I add additional team members to my account?

A 4OVER4 account has just one user, so colleagues cannot be added as extra users. Neither support nor a self-serve panel can add them.

• There is no option to add additional users to your account.
• Each account belongs to one user with one email address.
• Only that one user places orders on the account.
• Support cannot add more users to the account.

A colleague who needs to order can create a separate account under their own email address.
