Can I access and reorder a design I've previously created?
Answer
Yes. Any design you have built is stored in the Saved Items area of your account, so you never have to start from scratch.
- Open Saved Items in your account to find previous designs.
- Print a saved design as-is, or edit it first.
- Reorder in a few clicks without recreating the artwork.
Designs made in the free online design tool are the ones kept in Saved Items. To print one, open Saved Items, use the Actions menu on the design and select Print to send it to your cart. Artwork made outside the tool has no saved design to reopen; reprint the earlier order from your order history, and if it needs edits by the art team, those are quoted first. If you cannot find a saved design, contact support.
