What material should I use to print a large rigid sign or display piece that won't bend?
Answer
For a large sign or display that needs to stay flat and rigid, 3/16" foam core is an excellent choice. It is thick enough to resist bending when handled, yet light enough to move and mount easily, which makes it a favorite for oversized displays.
- Stays rigid: the 3/16" thickness prevents flopping or warping during handling.
