What size prints work best for window displays?
Answer
The right size depends on your window, but most storefronts start with one large anchor piece and add smaller supporting signs around it.
- Backdrop or hero graphic: roughly 3 feet by 4 feet or larger to fill the window.
- Supporting signage: anywhere from 8.5 by 11 inches up to poster size for offers and details.
- The key rule: headline text should be readable from at least 10 feet away on the sidewalk.
- Layer sizes so the display draws the eye from the street, then rewards a closer look.
