Should I put LinkedIn on the front or back of my card?
Answer
It depends on how crowded your front already is. If the contact block has room, add LinkedIn there with a small icon so everything a contact needs sits on one side. Once the front is full with name, title, phone, email, and logo, move LinkedIn to the back so the layout stays calm and readable.
- Front placement: works when your contact block has space. Pair the LinkedIn icon with your custom URL (linkedin.com/in/yourname).
- Back placement: ideal for a full front. A QR code plus a short line like "Connect on LinkedIn" turns the back into a one-tap follow.
- Use a vanity URL rather than the long default profile link so it is short and memorable.
