How many pages do I need for perfect binding?
Answer
Perfect binding relies on a glued spine, so it needs enough pages for that spine to form, hold and carry text. As a rule of thumb, that means a minimum of about 40 pages, or 20 sheets. Below that, the spine is too thin.
