What is two-sided or double-sided printing?
Answer
Two-sided (or double-sided) printing means both the front and the back of a piece are printed, rather than just one side. Printers describe how each side is inked using a shorthand with two numbers separated by a slash.

| 4/0 | Full color on the front, blank back |
| 4/4 | Full color on both the front and the back |
| 4/1 | Full color front, single ink (often black) on the back |
Printing the back gives you extra room for details that do not fit on the front, such as a map, a QR code, a menu, service hours or a promotional offer. When you order, choose the two-sided option so the second side is included in the layout and pricing.
