Do I need to include a physical address on my business card?

A physical address is optional, not required. What matters is giving people a reliable way to reach you, and for many businesses today a website does that better than a street address. Decide based on how customers actually find and visit you.

• Online-only business: skip the street address and lead with your website URL instead.
• Storefront or office people visit: include the address so they can find you.
• Service-area business: a city or region is often enough, no full address needed.

When you do list an address, keep the format clean: street on the first line, city, state, and zip on the second. Leave off the country unless you serve international clients. A tidy two-line block reads far better than a cramped single line.
