When should I expect to pick up or receive my order?

How you are notified depends on whether your order includes extra finishing. In both cases you should wait for the confirmation email before arranging pickup, so you do not arrive before the job is actually done.

• For orders without added finishing such as scoring, folding, perforating, or die-cutting, you receive an email when the order is completed and ready to ship or pick up.
• For orders with those finishing options, you receive an email when the job moves to the bindery stage.
• Do not pick up or arrange pickup until you receive an email confirming the job is READY.

Please note: if a status email is sent after 3pm EST and your order is set for messenger or pickup, it may not be ready the same day.
