When does my production turnaround time start counting?

Production turnaround does not start when you place the order. It begins once your order is approved, which requires final proof approval, cleared payment and files that passed review; an approval before 3:00 PM EST counts that day as day one.

• Final proof approval: it confirms the artwork is finalized. You get a notification once it is registered.
• Payment and deposits: until payment, or any required deposit, is received and processed, the clock does not start.
• Cutoff: an approval before 3:00 PM EST counts that day as day one; later approvals count from the next business day.
• Business days only: production runs Monday through Friday.
• Your selected turnaround sets the window: a 3-day option means 3 business days from approval. Each product page shows its options and the estimated completion and delivery days.
• Completion: the last business day of your turnaround, with completion available up to 5:30 PM that day.

Approve promptly and check spelling, colors and layout first, since a delayed approval pushes the start date back day for day.
