How can I get my order even faster?
Answer
There are a few ways to speed up the order process. Depending on the product, you can select faster turnaround times, up to same day production. You can also choose faster shipping methods to speed up the arrival of the package once it is out for delivery.
Use our "When will I get it?" calendar tool to estimate the shipping speed for your location before you order.
- Same-day: order by 12pm ET and most products ship the same business day from our facility; a priority charge applies.
- Approve fast: turnaround counts from approval, and an approval before 3:00 PM EST counts that day as day one.
- Faster shipping: UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select are chosen at checkout; messenger delivery covers Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn.
- Pick it up: Customer Pickup at our facility skips transit entirely.
- Existing order: contact support with your order number, deadline and ZIP code; what is possible depends on the product and the current production schedule.
Faster turnaround and shipping cost more. Delivery dates are estimates, but if a paid rush service is missed, the rush premium is reimbursed.
