Yes. Both width and height are required for every decal size, and one measurement cannot be calculated from the other.
- Give the overall width and height in inches for each size you need
- Measure the full printed area, including any border or bleed you want
- List each size separately if you are ordering a mix of sizes
- Note orientation if the design is directional
