You can receive shipping and order notifications by turning them on in your account. If you prefer, you can also follow progress directly from your dashboard.
- Log in and open Account Settings.
- Enable notifications so shipping and status emails are sent to you.
- Check that the email on file is correct so alerts reach you.
- You can also track the order status any time from your account dashboard without waiting for an email.
