When will my order be ready to ship based on its turnaround time?

Your ship date is driven by two things: the turnaround you selected and the date your order is approved. Production days count forward from approval, not from when you first added the item to your cart.

• Day one: an order approved before 3:00 PM EST counts that day as day one; after 3:00 PM EST, the next business day is day one.
• Example: a 3-day turnaround approved on Monday before 3:00 PM EST is completed on Wednesday.
• Business days only: weekends and holidays are not counted in the turnaround.

If you need the exact ship date for planning, contact support with your order number and they can confirm it against your approval time.

The price calculator on the product page shows the Estimated Completion Day and the Estimated Delivery Day for an order approved today. Both are estimates, and shipping transit is added after production. The shipping email with tracking goes out the day your order ships.
