Question
What is the maximum size item you can ship via standard UPS?
Answer
There is a size ceiling on standard UPS shipments, and oversized flat items need a workaround.
- Items larger than 40 inches cannot go out via standard UPS due to carrier limits and cost
- Option one is to arrange customer pickup for the finished piece
- Option two is to have the item folded in half so it fits within shipping limits
- Which option is best depends on the product and whether folding affects the design
