I've just placed my order but I need to change the shipping address, can I do that?

Yes, a recently placed order's shipping address can still be changed. Contact customer support with your order number and they can help update it. The earlier you reach out, the better the chance the change is made before the order ships, and the cleanest window is before the order is approved into production, since approval starts the turnaround clock.
- Provide the corrected address in full, including business name and any unit, suite, or floor details.
- Save it for next time: add the new address to your address book so future orders can reuse it. If it is already saved there, you can reference it by name.
- Cost and timing: shipping is recalculated from the new ZIP code, so if it comes out higher you are charged the difference, and a new destination can also shift transit time.
- Carrier rules: for UPS or FedEx use a physical street address, not a PO Box; for USPS delivery or USPS final mile, include the PO Box so the carrier can complete delivery.
- Long addresses: if the address is too long for a standard carrier label, the team can attach a separate label to the box with the complete shipping information.
- Verify the invoice: confirm the updated destination before the order moves into shipping. You receive a new tracking number once the shipment goes out.
Address updates before shipping are usually free, though a correction made after the job is prepared may carry a small fee charged to your original payment method.
