Do different items in my order ship separately?

Items in a single order can ship separately, since production schedules and product types differ from one item to the next. That means parts of your order may arrive on different days.
- Faster-finishing items may leave before slower ones in the same order
- Sending products to different addresses is handled one order per destination
- To route items to separate places, place a separate order for each shipping address
If a shipment looks incomplete, contact support with your order number and the team will confirm the status of every item.
