Can I use my own shipping account?

If you want to use your own UPS account to ship your orders, please contact our Support Team for us to set up your account to be able to do so. We do not allow shipping on customer FedEx accounts.
- Reach out before your order is ready so your account details are on file and the logistics are confirmed.
- You can also provide a pre-made UPS label along with your order number; we will attach it to your packed order and send it out on the daily UPS pick-up. Make sure the label matches the packed box so it ships without delay.
- Shipping on your own account means you manage the delivery yourself instead of paying our shipping charges.
- This works well for customers with negotiated carrier rates or specific freight arrangements.
