Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

Separate orders can be merged into a single shipment when they have the same turnaround time and fit in the same box.

• The shopping cart consolidates only the items within one order.
• Separate orders that do not share a turnaround time or fit in one box each ship on their own, each with its own shipping charge.
• Once orders are placed separately, they can still be combined for shipping if they have the same turnaround time and fit in the same box.
• To ship items together, add them to the same order before checkout, or place a single order with a larger quantity.

Support can consolidate orders that share the same delivery address, fit in one box, and have the same turnaround time when you contact them with the order numbers before production begins. Ask as early as possible, and treat one combined order as the simplest way to get a single shipment.

Items in one order ship together once every item is complete, with one shipping charge for the whole order.

The orders also need to go to the same address. To ask, email support the order numbers you want grouped, or add a note in the order comments of the new order naming the other order number. Combining is not guaranteed: it depends on where each job sits in production, and very large or oddly sized items may still need their own box. When orders are combined, shipping is recalculated for the combined package.
