Lenticular posters carry a higher minimum order than flat posters because of the specialized lens material and the setup involved in interlacing and registering the image. A typical minimum is around 10 units per size.
- Per size: the minimum usually applies to each size you order, not the order as a whole.
- Why the floor: lens material and press setup make very small runs impractical.
- Scaling up: ordering more brings the per-unit cost down.
If you need several sizes, plan for the minimum on each so the full order clears the production threshold.
