When I try to reprint an order with different specifications, why is the stock option grayed out?
Answer
A reprint can change its specifications: at step 1 of the cart there is an edit option for size, quantity, stock and other options.
- Open the reprint at step 1 of the cart and use the edit option.
- Change the stock or other specs there before checkout.
- If the stock option still stays grayed out, contact support.
