After your proofs are uploaded, there is a limited window to approve them and authorize payment so the order stays active and on schedule.
- You need to both accept the proofs and click the Approve button to finalize the order.
- If you do not approve within the window, 4OVER4 will send a reminder so the job is not forgotten.
- An unapproved order waits until you complete approval before it can enter production.
Approving promptly keeps your turnaround on track, since production time starts once the order is authorized, not when it was first placed.
