What happens if I don't approve my order within a certain timeframe?
Answer
After your proofs are uploaded, they stay open until you approve them and authorize payment, and the order never moves on by itself.
- You need to both accept the proofs and click the Approve button to finalize the order.
- If you have not approved yet, 4OVER4 will send a reminder so the job is not forgotten.
- An unapproved order waits until you complete approval before it can enter production.
Approving promptly keeps your turnaround on track, since production time starts once the order is authorized, not when it was first placed.
