You can expect to hear back on a custom quote within 24 to 48 business hours. We try our best to respond to all quote requests as quickly as possible, and simple requests come back faster than complex multi-finish specialty jobs.
You can speed things up by sending complete specs the first time:
- Quantity
- Size: flat and finished
- Materials: stock type and weight
- Finishing: any coatings, foil, die-cutting, or folding
- Page count and binding: for booklets or any multi-page piece
If a few days pass with no reply, contact support for a status update on your request. And if timing is tight, ask the team how much lead time your specific project needs while the quote is being prepared.
