How do I upload my design file when placing an order?

You can upload your file in a popup on the product page, or once the product is in your cart, at Step 1 of checkout.

• Select your product and quantity and add it to your cart.
• Open the cart (Step 1 of checkout), where the upload option appears.
• Use the upload option to submit your design file.
• No upload button in the cart? The item usually has not been added to the cart yet.

Uploading a print-ready file with the correct size and bleed helps keep proofing quick.

Each cart item has its own upload, so files stay matched to the right product. If you upload more than once, only the newest file is reviewed, so upload your final version last. Files can be up to 150MB each. Art not ready yet? Choose Upload Files Later to place the order first; production waits for your files.
