Can 4OVER4 include samples of new products in my order?
Answer
No. Samples are not added to a print order. Our Sample Department runs separately from Print Production, so a sample pack cannot be added to an order you have already placed; it ships on its own.
- How to get one: request the free sample pack on the free samples request form; it ships free by USPS, and most arrive in 5 to 7 business days.
- New products: for a sample of a product that is not in the pack, contact support; the team checks what is on hand and mails it separately.
- Why it helps: your paid order keeps moving without waiting on the sample step.
