What size are your grommets and how apart do you typically place them?

For outdoor banners we use #2 grommets, which measure 3/8 inch and come in a brass finish. They are placed in all four corners first, then spaced out along the edges from there.

• Placement: all four corners, then spaced roughly every 2 feet along the edges.

This spacing spreads the load evenly so the banner hangs flat and stays secure.
