What file formats are accepted for waterproof labels?
Answer
Waterproof labels print best from a press-ready file with fonts locked and colors set for print. Vector artwork keeps edges crisp on curved or textured surfaces, and raster files need full print resolution so nothing looks soft once it is applied.
- Preferred: print-ready PDF
- Also accepted: AI, PSD, and EPS
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum at final size
- Color mode: CMYK for accurate on-press color
- Bleed: 0.125 inch on all sides
