Can I order a cards with clear colors and that you can se through in some areas.
Answer
Standard greeting cards are printed on opaque paper stock, so they do not have true clear or see-through areas the way a translucent or plastic material would. If you are after a transparent or peek-through look, that effect is not available on paper greeting cards, but there are other ways to create visual interest and dimension.
- Paper stock is opaque: you cannot see through a printed paper greeting card
- For see-through effects: a clear or translucent material product is the right direction, not paper greeting cards
- To add dimension on paper: consider specialty finishes such as spot gloss, foil, or raised effects on select greeting card lines
